Appliance Service Field Technician:

Description: As an Appliance Service Field Technician, you will have the opportunity to repair most major brands and types of home appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, all-in-one laundry centers, over-the-range microwaves and garbage disposals.

Starting pay is 35-45K with commissions and DOE.

Appliance repair responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and quality repairs of customer's products
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
  • Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
  • Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service
  • Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
  • Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of appliance repair experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid CO state driver's license and a good MVR/DL
  • Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
  • Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
  • Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair of customer product
  • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
  • Must complete all technician training elements within required timeframes
  • Must be able to move/lift/carry a minimum of 70lbs

Full-time Professional Appliance Delivery Installer:

Description: As a home appliance Delivery and Installation Professional, you will have the opportunity to install most major brands of home appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, all-in-one laundry centers, over-the-range microwaves and garbage disposals.

Starting pay is $14-18/hour DOE.

Responsibilities include:

  • Must be able to lift, move and carry appliances into local customer’s homes for installation/removal.
  • Provide timely notice and communications with customers
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
  • Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
  • Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience performing similar duties
  • Must possess and maintain a valid CO state driver's license and a good MVR/DL - No CDL required.
  • Operate a 24ft box truck safely with a lift gate
  • Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
  • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality installation
  • Must be able to use smart phone apps and programs for work-related communications
  • Must be able to move/life/carry a minimum of 70 lbs

Customer Service/Office Administration Assistant:

Description: Seeking an individual to join our service team, with a strong interest to focus on the customer while managing driver schedules, dispatching repair jobs, answering phones and general office duties. Detail oriented and multi-tasking capacities a must. As an Associate within our service team, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers and resolving their questions and exceeding their expectations.   • Must know the Denver Metro area well enough for route scheduling purposes
